Ledgeview II is a new condo community by Quadra Homes, currently under construction. The community is scheduled for completion in January 2027. The deposit structure requires $10,000 once the contract is firm, followed by an increase to 5% 60 days after the initial deposit. Every unit includes a parking stall, with select units (two bedrooms and larger) offering two parking stalls. Each unit also comes with a storage locker and central air conditioning. The parking stalls are pre-wired for EV chargers.
The interior finishes include vinyl flooring in the kitchen, entry, and living areas, with quartz countertops in the kitchen, main bathroom, and ensuite bathroom.
