The development will consist of 200 units, situated in Downtown Langley, just a nine-minute walk to the future Langley SkyTrain line. The first floor of the building will contain commercial units, while the residential units will occupy floors two through six. The deposit structure is as follows: 5% due within seven days, another 5% due at 30 days, and an additional 5% due at one year. Each unit will come with one parking space. A storage locker is available for $5,000, while a micro-storage locker costs $2,500. Upgrading to laminate flooring in the bedrooms is $1,000 per room, and installing an EV charger is $10,000. The assignment fee is 3%.
